If the square is the wrong size
Look in the print dialog for Actual size or 100% instead of Fit or Shrink oversized pages. A browser's built-in PDF viewer often scales by default; Adobe Acrobat Reader is more reliable. Some printers are a little off even at 100%: within 1 mm over 100 mm is fine for sewing.
