Draft. This page describes how Sewpress really works today, but it hasn't had a lawyer's review yet. Questions: write to us at the address at the bottom.

Refunds

Short version: if Sewpress lets you down, you don't pay for it.

Failed builds: automatic

If a build fails on our side, or a file doesn't pass our own scale check, the credit (or the month's included build) comes back to you straight away. You don't need to ask; your credit history shows it.

Release credits

  • Unused credits: a full refund within 14 days of buying them.
  • Used credits: if the files are wrong because of us, tell us and we'll fix them or refund the credit.

Studio

  • Cancel any time in Billing; you keep Studio until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Changed your mind within 14 days of first subscribing and haven't built anything with it? Full refund.
  • Otherwise we don't refund part of a month or year.

Concierge releases

The $49 done-for-you release is refunded in full if you don't like the files.

How to ask

Email hello@sewpress.com from your account's address. We reply within two working days, and refunds go back to the card you paid with (your bank may take 5–10 days to show it).
